What are your hours of operation?
24 Hours a Day. 7 Days a Week. 365 Days a Year.
How many people can be transported in one taxi?
Our sedans can seat up to 4 passengers. Our mini-vans seat 6 with minimal room for luggage, at a $10 additional charge.
What service do we provide?
We provide taxi cab' and taxi van's with child seat. (van and child seat are only available upon request)
What are your rates?
Standard rates are $3.00 flag drop and $0.30 each 1th of a mile. It's a $0.58 a minute for waiting time.
Do we pick up from airport?
Yes, we do pick up from all bay area airport. And you can save up to 70% on meter compare to taxi at the airport.
What is your procedure for picking up at the airport?
Make your reservation in advance to avoid waiting at airport. We do not have cabs that sit at the airport. When making your reservation we will need your flight number, airline, the estimated time of arrival, and the city you will be arriving from. After you pick up your luggage call us. If you do not have luggage, call us upon your arrival. We'll tell you where to meet your driver and which cab number to be looking for.
What if my flight is delayed or arrive early?
When you make your reservation, we take your flight name and number. We always keep track of the flight. You don't have to worry about if the flight is arriving early or late. Make a reservation and just call us asap after you land.
Can a child ride in a taxi without an adult?
Only children age 13 and older are allowed to ride without an adult guardian.
Do you provide child safety seats in your taxis?
Yes, we provide baby seats like infant seats, toddler seats. When you make a reservation mention if you need a baby seat, write the age and weight of child. There is a $5 extra charge for each baby seat requested. Please note if you land at airport, the taxis do not carry baby seat, so you will require to reserve the taxi with a baby seat.
How many hours advanced notice should I give when booking a taxi?
When booking a taxi for a specific time it is best to call it in ahead at least one hour before. If you're using our online reservation service, at least 1 hours notice is required. We recommend if you are traveling early morning reserve you taxi night before.
Can I call for a taxi for right away?
Yes., Our usual wait time is about 10-20 minutes. However, weather, traffic, and availability can change the length of wait time.
Do you offer receipts?
Yes of course. Just be sure to ask your driver at the end of your trip. If you happen to forget, you can always contact our business office Monday - Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes., Our drivers can take credit card right in the vehicle. We accept all credit cards Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
